2- Assignments (full-time)
 
Under the direction of a Senior PR Japan, you will be working with the brand’s PR department for Japan. Your assignments will be as follows:

• Research and vet new influencers that align with the brand
• Manage influencer gifting and samples
• Coordinate the execution of press requests
• Coordinate and execute influencer and VIP meetings and press events
• Manage and execute PR & Influencer admin tasks such as reporting distribution, recaps, and archiving
• Writing press releases and adapting the communication to the country
• Contribute to the team with ideas to elevate the brand presence and build its reputation through meaningful opportunities and partnerships/collaborations

3- Profile

• We are looking for a Junior profile with so much eagerness to learn and grow with our team
• We are looking for a person from Japan (it is very important to know the market and the culture). It is essential to have a level of native Japanese
• English level B2-C1 level
• Spanish medium level is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of PR/communications experience; PR agency and Journalism background in Japan is a plus
• Experience in fashion is not required.
• Ability to cultivate successful relationships and networks, both internally and externally
• Strong communications skills both verbal and written
• A solid understanding of social media
• Great time management and organization skills
• Highly adaptable multi-tasker, detail-oriented
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Positive attitude and initiative. Teamwork lover
• Be crazy about fashion and PARIS/64!

4- Working conditions

• Location of work: Madrid Office (would have no objection to travel to Japan in the future)
• Permanent contract (inclusion of salary bonus for achievement of objectives)

2- Descripción del empleo. ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Trabajarás en el departamento de PR y Comunicación, dando soporte a la responsable del Departamento y equipo.

Funciones:
• Investigar y examinar nuevos influencers que se alineen con la marca
• Gestionar regalos a influencers
• APOYO al departamento de Relaciones Públicas (Internacional)
• Elaborar reporte de clipping
• Gestionar y ejecutar tareas administrativas de relaciones públicas e influencers, como informes de apariciones o presentaciones
• Contribuir al equipo con ideas para elevar la presencia de la marca y construir su reputación a través de oportunidades y colaboraciones relevantes
• Búsqueda de contactos de prensa y gestión de bases de datos
• Soporte a la responsable de PR en la preparación de eventos, presentaciones a prensa o acciones de marketing

3- Requisitos. ¿Qué perfil buscamos?

• Nivel de inglés B2-C1
• Nivel medio-alto de Excel y Power Point
• Título universitario en Comunicación, Periodismo, Relaciones Públicas, Marketing o un campo relacionado

2- Descripción del empleo. ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Trabajarás en el área de Recursos Humanos en la prevención de riesgos laborales para importante empresa que se dedica a comercializar y fabricar productos de moda, con el objetivo de que se aumente la productividad así como ahorrar costes, a través de soluciones y servicios orientados a la mejora de la eficiencia y la automatización de sus procesos.


Funciones:
• Cumplimiento del Plan de PRL definido por la Dirección General.
• Cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente y la coordinación de actividades preventivas, acreditación de trabajadores en obras y proyectos.
Interlocución con proveedores del área, Servicio de Prevención Ajeno (SPA) y Mutua, FREMAP.
• Seguimiento de la normativa de PRL, documentación asociada.
Introducción de los datos de PRL en las carpetas de red y plataforma interna.
Gestión de documentación a través de diferentes portales.
• Homologación de subcontratas a nivel de PRL.
• Interlocución con Asesor Laboral
• Proceso de bienvenida de los empleados, así como beneficios de empleados
• Contratación de personal, así como procesos con distintos departamentos
• Gestión de incentivos y nóminas de la empresa
• Presentación de documentos obligatorios de PRL en organismos oficiales.
• Generación de documentación administrativa de esta área.
• Seguimiento de equipos de protección individual
• Elaboración de Planes de seguridad y salud
• Evaluaciones de riesgos.
• Reunión de coordinación con los responsables de ejecución o cliente.
• Visitas a la fábrica 1 día por semana.
• Gestión de formaciones en el ámbito de instalación, para poder acceder a obra
• Gestión de reconocimientos médicos.

3- Requisitos. ¿Qué perfil buscamos?

• Persona con capacidad de organización, detallista, rigurosa
• Formación en prevención de riesgos laborales (Valorable Master en PRL)
• Dominio de Microsoft Office (se realizará prueba de Excel)
• 3 años mínimo de experiencia en posición similar o en departamento de Recursos Humanos
• Carnet de conducir
• Conocimiento de portales de gestión de PRL a nivel de coordinación de actividades preventivas
• Y lo más importante ¡que le vuelva loc@ PARIS/64!
